Evaly, a leading e-commerce platform in the country, has launched a 'single click return policy' to ensure customer service. As a result, customers can now return any product faster and easier than ever before. There is no cost to the customer to return the product. The company announced this information in a press release on Tuesday.

 According to the press release, after ordering the product from Evaly, the customer can return it within 7 days free of cost with a single click if there is any wrong or damaged product. Once the customer clicks the return button, eCourier will return the product to the customer's address. The customer will also get a refund for the returned product. In addition to the return policy, Evaly has created 96 delivery hubs across the country to deliver products to customers quickly. Collecting products from this hub will further reduce the customer's delivery charges. The 'Hub Collection' option should be selected while ordering the product. Once the product reaches the specified delivery hub, it can be collected with proper proof. 

Regarding the new return policy, Evaly's Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Mohammad Rassel said we always want to ensure the highest level of customer service. However, sometimes we have seen that it is complicated to return after ordering the product if the customer gets the wrong or damaged product. In addition, the customer can return the product after receiving it if necessary. We have introduced a new policy to make the return process easy. Therefore, the customer can now return the product and get a refund with a single click.
