To address the high demand of the tech job market by bridging between employers and IT job aspirants for job placement, Creative IT Institute, a well-reputed IT skill development institute, and Techntalents, an ICT job recruitment platform has recently signed a MoU (Memorandum of Understanding) on Wed 29 th November 2023 at the Creative IT Institute's main campus at Dhanmondi, Dhaka.
Under the MoU, both organizations will develop a resilient partnership to jointly work to facilitate jobs for tech-skilled people and IT professionals and support their career advancement. Techntalents will provide support to Creative IT Institutes trained, skilled resources to find suitable jobs in their specialized fields, leveraging their vast network and expertise through the Techntalents job platform. On the other side, Creative IT Institute will assist Techntalents in onboarding qualified and skilled tech resources onto their job portal.
The signing ceremony was attended by distinguished representatives from both organizations. Mr. Zia Uddin Mahmud, Chief Operating Officer of Creative IT Institutes, and Mr. Mohammed Asif, Founder & CEO, of Techntalents has signed the MoU on behalf of their respective organization.
Speaking on the occasion, Mr. Monir Hosen, Chief Executive Officer of Creative IT Institute, shared his journey of Creative IT in the last 14 years, he stated, " We do not provide training and skill improvement only to our trainees, one of our core objectives is to support them in finding jobs based on their competencies. We are excited to partner with Techntalents to support our goal. Techntalents specialization in IT jobs can empower our trained students to find jobs as well as upscale their careers.
Mr. AKM Ahmedul Islam Babu, Director and Executive Committee member, Bangladesh Association of Contact Center and Outsourcing (BACCO) were presented as special guests on the MoU signing ceremony program. Appreciating this partnership between IT Skill Development Institute and Job Platform, BACCO director Mr. Ahmedul Islam advised the freshers, and early-stage professionals to improve loyalty and dedication in jobs to build a strong career foundation. He shared his views on how IT training institutes can more engage in scaling up emerging tech skills to fulfill the demand for tech resources in Bangladesh and the global market.
Mr. Mohammed Asif, Founder of Techntalents expressed his vision about Techntalents working to build an exclusive platform for IT professionals and helping to connect them for appropriate tech jobs. Sharing his thoughts on the partnership he stated, Our mission at Techntalents is to provide the best career opportunities to talented tech professionals in Bangladesh and in the global market. This partnership will enable us to expand our reach to a large number of skilled tech resources for our clients (employers).
Under the MoU, from now on, the trainees/students and Alumni’s of Creative IT Institute will get an opportunity with their job placement by creating a resume/profile and using Techntalents as their IT Career hub.
